Welcome at Diggin'woods

The name Diggin'woods is simply a (free) translation of the name of the street Gravenbos where we live. I thought it is also an appropiate name since digging (in Dutch: graven) is a favorite activity of dachshunds.

I wish to breed a litter every now and then, for which health and beauty are of the utmost importance. I also hope to maintain the typical character of the dachshund, a brave multipurpose hunting dog as well as a pleasant familydog.

This website is continuously in progress and now contains a lot of pictures of the dogs of the first litter.

I tried to find as many ancestors of my own bitch as I could. Any additional information you might have will be most welcome.
